I spent an hour looking at adni's skins and lots of others too trying to find some ripped parts other than the blurred ambient buttons. I finally gave up and just posted it figuring if it was a rip someone would tell us....

There's only so many ways you can do shiny plastic/metal skins. And if you always use the same image as the basis and just draw/recolour on top of it all the skins are going to look very similar. Also if you just use the same gradient tool with preset gradients like I tend to do in PSP you're going to get the same look. I try to make each of my skins unique and interesting both in use and in looks but it gets hard to keep producing unique skins. I keep designing one and then finding it's too similar to one that someone else has done and scrapping the idea. Unless it can be proved that the same images are being used and just recoloured or something I can't see the problem.
