Zubaz - sorry to bother you again, but I am still struggling trying to get support. I received an e-mail response a week ago asking me to do some things including installing a registry patch. I did what was asked and responded that what was suggested did not work. I included details. I wonder if my response was received? Is there any telephone support options like in the good old days? While I am not in a hurry, I am not a young man and fear at the pace this is going a solution may not come before I expire 
I, of course, appreciate any help you can give to kick start this again.
