Title says it all. I have a subscription to Object Desktop but SDC shows No available downloads, no New Software,no installed software, and no subscriptions. I am logged in and everything displays correctly on the My Downloads Page of the store but absolutely NOTHING in SDC.
It looks like you had two accounts. They are now one. Refresh and see what happens.

You guys do a really great job of combining accounts. That seems like one of those messes a typical customer support department would really mess up repeatedly and completely.

You might want to post in this tried and true thread. LINK There is a guy that pops in there that does a fabulous job of fixing things.

Yep, shows subscription is active, but everything else is empty...
I had stuff installed before impulse, then they made us go to impulse, and now impulse is gone... What a waste that was...
