So, I received the email the other day saying try the beta. I had never previously installed Fences on any computers, but did have access to it via Object Desktop. So after installing Fences 2.0 beta via the new Stardock Central app, and then rebooting it is showing up in Stardock Central Installed Software section as being "1.80 [Beta]". I also downloaded the file separately through my account via the download page on the web. After installing via this method and then rebooting Stardock Central is still telling me there is an update available and showing the same 1.80 beta status.
Going into the fences configuration page and clicking "About" does give me the correct "Version 2.00 Beta 1", this was both before and after installing the version downloaded from the web.
I should note that when installing Fences 2 beta it also shows Fences Pro version 1.10 as being installed, is that supposed to happen? I definitely did NOT install this prior.
This was all yesterday (Thurs, Sept 7), last night I did pretty much the same routine on a computer at home that did not have fences installed and found everything happened the same as described above as well.
