Small, tidy icons, like the frog would be cool. Big flashing junk like you see on WinAmp etc make the board a pain to read. Having a few to choose from (or clearly defined rules for making them) would be good - adding more to the moderation issues.
Perhaps my good friend Davad would make me one - it'd probably be a jackass given my mouth (fingers?).
