Renewing my ODN subscription?

I'm fairly sure my ODN sub expires this month (I gotta check my "receipt" email to know the exact date). Anyway, I intend to renew it, but I'd be using a different credit card. What do I do? Do I order again as if I were a first-time buyer, or do I email someone in particular specifying I want to renew an existing sub, but with a different card?

You'd just use the upgrade mechanism and enter in your new credit card. No problemo.

You can use a different card and renewal is 15$ cheaper
