Overall, I'm really happy  with ObjectDock. It's taken a bit of tweaking to get it working the way I want it, but in comparison to creating my own windows theme with Blinds it's been a much easier solution. A couple of things remain that I have not been able to solve.

#1 - In a perfect world, I want my taskbar dock (which only shows running applications) to be left ALIGNED, but POSITIONED slightly off the left hand edge of the screen. (See screenshot 1) I've been able to achieve this by using separators, however on reboot all running applications are placed to the left of the separators instead of the right. (See screenshot 2) Is there a way to change this or a better way to do it without using separators?

#2 - I've read many threads about certain applications/system icons not showing up in the system tray dock and left and/or right-click not working. The only one I have an issue with is Wi-Fi connectivity icon. Is there a fix or solution out there?

#3 - Sometimes on startup, all applications pinned to my startmenu appear in my dock. Is there a way of stopping this?
