i seem to have a very fragile account with stardock
when i purchased CursorXP the lookup wizard at stardock com/support (ha, i dont want that turned into a link) stopped sending me email. that was fixed, but it has now broken again, probably when i subscribed to wincustomise.
i have been successfully found in the database on 3 seperate occasions over the last 2 days, but still no email has turned up. other emails arrive, so email in general is working.
quite frustrating since skin browser 0.95 wont work on my work machine (win98). i have already emailed sales @ stardock.com (yesterday) but they havent caught up with me yet.
so i thought i would see if this helped to speed things up a bit
is there something i am doing to cause all these problems? if you tell me, i will try to stop, honest
