Well, considering the fact that AOL is switching to Mozilla, I'd say it has a chance, although I'm not sure how good of one. I'll be using it for sure though, I already have been for nearly a year. In addition to what has already been mentioned, I really like the bookmark keywords feature with %s. and the new HTTP pipelining feature is really nice too. IE5 is not compatible with W3C standards, but IE6 is pretty close, so most pages designed for IE6 should work perfectly in Moz, but IE5 pages might not, and IE4 pages probably won't unless they don't use any of the "advanced" (read: proprietary) features.
