I'm sure Jim will be here shortly asking where the pinstripes are.
My initial draft image had vertical pinstripes running through the black areas.
It looked great in PS, but I ran into huge alignment issues on the window frames. I had to admit defeat in the end......if there is a way to make it work, it must be beyond my skill level because I worked for several days trying to make it all line up.
