Whenever my computer shuts down or restarts, there is an error window that pops telling me that something is wrong with the explorer.exe file, and seeing as Object Dock works directly with it, I'm assuming this is the issue
I don't have any other programs on my computer that would alter it beyond its default tasks inside of windows, I've included 2 pictures of the error code/message here in the post.
...Ok nevermind I can't even find how to upload pictures unless its a URL... so I'll write out the message. It pops up in a window on the screen, right as its shutting down.

There I drew it for you!
In some cases this will actually PREVENT my machine from shutting down unless I click ok, but most of the time the machine shutsdown anyway and ignores the message. But I just thought I let you know so that this is at least brought to attention, for possible fixes.
Anyway, thanks for all that you guys do! Keep up the good work!
