Desktop icon displaced after installing Fences

I have dual-monitor (1366x768) and (1280x1024 - main display). After I installed fences, some of the desktop icons were displaced, as shown below.

I have a free fences version. Can anyone help me with this problem?

If you move any of them, do they stay in that configuration? Do you have the "Align to grid" turned on?
