I'm not sure if I'm posting in the right place, but I'm giving it a shot. The IconPackages that I upload are not being automatically loaded into the IconPackager main program user interface. The downloads are simply being delivered to the customers desktop in the form of a zip file, thus I have gotten messages from customers wanting to know how to get the package installed. I've become weary of having to go through the directions time and again. I see that most other skinners packages load automatically from the download button, how do they do that ? Here is what I have been doing : after putting my package together using the package builder, I save it to the default location of all the other IconPackages. Then I right click on that folder and navigate the context menu to "Send to zip File". The zip is then created and stored until I'm ready to upload my work. So naturally, I upload that zip file, but therein lies the problem, the customer gets just that, a zip file when they hit the download button. No auto-install , just a zip. What am I doing wrong ? I want the customer to be happy with as few hassles as possible. I'm still very much a rookie here and really need some good training by some of you veteran skinners out there. I would be eternally grateful if someone could resolve this dilemna for me and allow me to quit stressing over it all the time. THANKS ---- ACE ---
