I've seen a few posts on this but none with an answer.
If I am using a window that is maximised (Chrome, Notepad), then minimise it and open it with OD, it opens non-maximised. The only way I've found to get around this is to have OD show all running programs, and open the application from there, but that adds unneeded clutter to my dock.
Does anyone have any idea of how to fix this?
