Ruthven - Y'know, I'm not sure what I find more surprising. The fact that this thread is still around and going strong after over two years, or the fact that it's a lot of the same people posting when I poke my head in every few months!

these two statements are actually the same statement. this is our home, a place of love and respect. it was born when wincustomize felt like a totally different place, but we continue in our way, and with our traditions. the idea is to keep one thing constant and sacred for my dear and special friends.

i view my contribution to this thread as my contribution to this site. i dont skin, and my plugin dll's are still a work in progress. so, this is my way of giving something back to the community.

to be honest, we have long known that certain colours are more popular than others. also, most rating seems to have very little to do with the technical merits and artistic skill of the skin. instead it seems to be about "what do i like", which in a way is fair enough.

ultimately, surely sensible comments are more meaningful than a simple number?
