The wallet itself have special meaning. That was a wallet my father and I picked out together. The both of us spent so little time together all through my childhood and adolescent life that...every little thing connected to any members of my family are held in extremely high regards by me.........
Replacing the wallet isn't hard. It wasn't an expensive wallet, but the contents it holds are priceless. I have another wallet that my mother gave me before I left for the states. She wanted me to use the new one, but I don't ever change a new wallet until it is falling apart, literally.
Replacing those ticket stubs..... There were more than 20 ticket stubs of various theatres that I've been to. It marks the times I've been to the movies with my boyfriends, and holds a date and time for each memory. Those were suppose to go into my journal when I finally made a section for it.....
Then there's everything else in that wallet that're rather priceless. It's got my bank account number, my debit cards, my father's card, all the receipts I've gained (I need those receipts.......I need to be able to tell what I bought and match it with the bank statement).... and all the little bits and pieces that I've gathered throughout my travels and my life.
I guess it's a girl thing.....
I pray that it will be returned, without anything missing.
