Fuzzy, there are all sorts of reasons that you can't connect from home. First, do you have Norton? If so, did it automatically update itself? Sometimes it tightens security without asking. Second, and probably the most possible reason, is that your ISP is having DNS issues and can't find DA. This happens *a lot*. When you go home, do this:
(make sure that you are connected to the internet)
get to a command line
Type the following: ping 66.28.104.19
That should give you information on if it is actually reachable or not.
To get more DNS information, you can type in at the command line:
tracert 66.28.104.19
That information can be given to your ISP to track the problem.
