If you mean you ordered the product 10 minutes ago, but it is not available for download, it is likely your order was flagged by the system for manual review (this can happen if the billing address is not a perfect match for the bank's records, for example). If this is the case, only a hold has been placed and no funds have actually been transferred.
If the order does not complete and add the product to your account in short order, you can email sales@stardock.com or post in this thread to expedite the process.
