Did you have the free version installed first? If so uninstall the plus version, use CCleaner or one similar to clean out any left over files then reboot. Re-install the plus version and see if that corrects it. If you did not have the free version first do the uninstall anyway and use the cleaner, reboot and re-install. If it still doesn't work shoot off an email to support@stardock.com then wait for an actual person to respond, not the automated response. Don't send more than one because any more will kick your request back to the end of the line.
