Is Boot Skin Vista HTTP Error 403 ever going to get fixed
Sadly, there is no timeline for when the upload feature will be resolved but it is on the list of things to get up and running.
It's one of those free products that gets pushed to the bottom of lists that contain products that people pay for.
After being a Customer Service Tech for over 20 years this explanation doesn't cut it! I've been a member for a few years and when I make a ticket to complain/question will it get fixed I get these ridiculous e-mails back that I have a timeline I must respond to or ELSE! When I spend money for a product to work (like the money amount of CS5) I am NOT the one who has a DEADLINE to fix it or any other input. I have DESKTOP ULTIMATE and not all your products work...why is that?
