Quoting 2of3, reply 85This is the GUIC.....not us and them.
more of a, "why enter when I'm up against master skinners". this way at least, I might get an honorable mention.
Greg, don't cut yourself short. If it's put on an even playing field such as skin for Win 7 only, many different people could win (maybe even Zubak). It's it's required to skin for all three os's that is another story.
I would guess that if it was a Win7 only some people may still skin all 3 because that is what they are use to, want to and enjoy actually. Again if the contest is just for Win7 I don't think anyone should not at least be allowed to skin as many OS's as they want but the only one looked at and judged is the OS that is picked. If one OS is picked to skin by no means should anyone get extra votes or credit because they decided to skin more then one OS. Just my look on the situation.
The only problem I see from my statement above is if the winner and runner(s)up all had skinned for all 3 OS's that would lend a lok of people to think it did have something to do with it. Saying that I believe the judges will be fair and not let that come into play and only judge on the required OS.
I skin for Vista and Win7 and have never done XP. I really have no desire to skin XP to be honest and if it's required would have no desire to learn just for one contest.
