You must have either a memory leak, OD cycling slowly or you're running a lot of apps.
If I were you, I'd write support@stardock.com but wait for an actual person to answer and keep the autoreply as it has your ticket number. Because of the holidays, it'll take a while before an actual person answers. Don't answer to the autoreply and don't write again.... until an actual person answers or your request for help will be kicked to the end of the queue.
