need help with object desktop purchase

hi i just purchase object desktop and i never received my serial number or download link for downloading object desktop and when i try to download from my account my downloads am getting no registrations found in my downloads need help

Are you trying to download from here? - https://store.stardock.com/myaccount/products

Did you purchase using PayPal and if so is the email the same as your Stardock login?

hi Hankers yes i am trying to download from  https://store.stardock.com/myaccount/products and i get in my download no registrations found and there is no download link and i never got any email with serial number or download link from stardock and i purchase the object desktop not useing paypal

This will require someone from Stardock support to check your purchase info.

Please email support@stardock.com and start a trouble ticket. When you receive the ticket number post it here in a comment.

This is the weekend and unless someone from Stardock happens to check this post, you will most likely have to wait until Monday for a response.

Do not send any other email after receiving the ticket number n order to maintain your position in the response queue.

I don't see a purchase by the email associated with your nickname.  I'll look deeper on Monday.

@ Hankers ok thanks and @ Zubaz this is the same email i use to purchase object desktop from stardock i was looking at my prepaid debit card website and the money is still in the pending transaction from stardock
