I brought cursorfx today and got my cd key and receipt but when I try and register it in impulse by selecting cursorfx it reports my cd key as being invalid

I put in the correct email as well but it sitll won't register I haven't tried the download from the site version yet coz I was hoping you could have all the programs running in impulse but I guess thats not possible?

it says "The serial number you have entered is not recognized by impulse. only serial numbers provided by stardock will be accepted"

"please check your selected product, email address and serial number, then try again"
