I first installed the free version of ObjectDock, but then decided to go ahead and purchase the Plus version. I uninstalled the free version in order to install the Plus version, but I was unable to because this screen keeps popping up.
I don't understand what's wrong? I can't find it listed in Impulse, I tried registering the program, but Impulse says the serial number I entered was not recognize by Impulse which is weird because it's the number sent to me by Stardock after I made the purchase. I've pretty much tried everything including going through my laptop's registry and deleting everything associated with the free version ObjectDock, using odnt_zapper.exe which didn't help and still I can't install the version I paid for. Should I request for a refund?
