Zubaz, Thanks for the reply. I still have not received an email from support and I checked my spam filter. I have never used any other email address to register any products so i know this is the correct address.
So I see now that Fences now appears to be a part of Object Desktop this is probably where my problem is..
When I purchased Fences Pro I paid full price for Fences Pro and Object dock separately, they were not a combined product at the time. There was never any indication I would have to renew or extend my license to get new features or reinstall. (The fact I paid $50 for OD [and several renewals over the years] and another $20 for Fences is a whole nother issue that irks me now ...) Yes my OD subscription has lapsed because I do not use it but I do use the heck out of Fences.
Even if it is expired why am I not able to download and reinstall what I paid for? Paying another $35 (ooh on sale for $25!) to be able to do this seems like a ripoff. Hell I can buy the product again for less than it would cost me to renew OD which I don't use anything except Fences out of. This would be less of an issue if you guys had never switched to using that POS impulse to download and install products with. I would likely have at least saved the installer files somewhere if I had been able to manually download them. Thank goodness we are back to the old way.
