i have recently installed the fances (free version) and it seems its not working as expected.

problem symptoms :

i dont see any fence border on desktop after fences installed (even if fences are created). fences tries to organize icons but it partially doesn't work. i dont see fences border and title of fences.

desktop takes lot of time refreshing itself, it irritating.

Some more info:

i have dell laptop with WinXP and i use another monitor to extend my desktop. to manage the wallpaper on both monitor i use another program called "Display Fusion". i dont know it has anything to do with fences problem.

guys, please help out...
