Subscription Problem

I just bought a 1 year sub, have the "serial" and everything, but my account still has a "visitor" user level and a download limit.  What's going on? Is there a place to put in a subscription serial?

Did you log on with the same info you provided to Stardock?

Try closing out the brower, clean out broswer cookies and then reboot and then sign back into WinCustomize.  It shouldn't take long for the folks to update you subscription information.

Sure did!  I was logged in when I bought the sub. and I have also closed out and re-opened my browser, logged in and out, ect.. Nothing

Did you use PayPal to purchase the subscription and if so, do you have a different email for PayPal from your Stardock login?

Yes, my paypal email is different. Is that the problem? and how can it be fixed?

Transfer here - https://www.stardock.com/support/registrations/

Put your PayPal email in the Source Account and your Stardock email in the Destination Account.

That should do it.

I'd send an email to support@stardock.com or sales@stardock.com explaining the situation and including any receipt info.

The you wait for an actual person (not the autoreply) to answer. If you write before that, your ticket will be kicked automatically to the end of the queue.

Ok.. I logged into my Stardock account.  The Stardock email is actually the same as my PayPal.  I see the Subscription in my products page but it still is not active on the WinCustomize site.

 

Eh.. Figured it out.  Thanks for your help guys.. Just had to wait 2 hours I guess.
