The skins that you list are UIS0 skins which means Aero with texture applied. They are not windowblind "skins" (UIS2).

 

The format for this WB7 skin may be too old. It may contain missing parts, etc.

what are you trying to do with them?

I've been using them for a long time.  I just recently received that message on all of them when I try to apply them.

Yes.  They seem to work fine.  It's just that I haven't seen that message before.
