Hello there,
I really like ObjectDock very much and have been using it for a couple of years now. However, I am still experiencing one problem - and Rocketdock has the same problem, by the way:
For my purposes, the dock needs to be hidden all the time (there are only shortcuts in there, no taskbar replacement), except for when I want to use it. Whenever I touch the screen edge, it shall immediately show up and also immediately close when I leave the dock. This works just fine, but the edge-radius is too large/it is too sensitive. When I hover the title bar, menu bar or tool bar of a maximized application, the dock is already popping up, so I can't click anything below. This (false) behaviour of ObjectDock is deactivated, when a maximized window is the active window.
But I also want to click tool bars and especially title bars of maximized windows, that are not currently active. Additionally, the maximized-window-recognition does not always work (I couldn't properly reproduce that yet), so even when a maximized window is active, the dock will pop up too quickly.
Is there a setting to have the dock pop up only when I touch the very top pixel line of my screen - regardless of which window is active? This might even save some CPU ...
Thank you!
Philipp
