Wincustomize Subscription

Hi,

 

According to the web site if you've purchased any Stardock product you are supposed to get a Wincustomize subscription with unlimited downloads. I logged into the same account I used to purchase WB7 and am still limited to the 500mb free sub. WHat can I do?

I sure don't see where it say that on the site for WB. https://www.stardock.com/products/windowblinds/

- however it does still say you need impulse. shouldn't that be fixed?

I looked on the Stardock page and don't see that mentioned.  Where are you seeing that?

Purchasing a Stardock product does not get you a WinCustomize subscription but you do get unlimited downloads for 1 year from purchase.

What have you not been able to download?

You may need to log out and clear your cache and cookies for this change to update.

  • Unlimited downloadable content for an entire year with ads
  • Upload skins to WinCustomize and Stardock Libraries
  • Manage and modify your own skins

 

This is what I was talking about. The other day I got a 500mb limit warning, but, I don't think I was logged in. So if I log in I will get the year of unlimited downloads?

i think it relates to WB content only

and yes you need to log in

Dude Chill! I thought I WAS logged in when I got that error message. That's why I posted in confusion.
