Windows Desktop Gadgets moving after reboot

I have an issue that I'm pretty sure is being caused by ObjectDock. I'm running Windows 7 Pro 64bit. The ObjectDock configuration page doesn't show any version information, but I know that it's the free version of 2.0.

My desktop looks like this when good and bad...

Good - http://members.shaw.ca/linkto/desktop/Good.png

Bad - http://members.shaw.ca/linkto/desktop/bad.png

Does anyone know why this is happening? Any ideas on how I can correct this?
