I would suggest uninstalling the copy of Impulse that you have on your machine with CCleaner. Then go to
http://impulsedriven.com/
download and install Impulse from there. Then proceed to logon to your existing account.
If this doesn't work, email support@stardock.com and start a trouble ticket and wait until you get a response from an actual person. Don't email again until you do or your first email will be kicked to the end of the queue.
Support works 9-5 M->F. They usually have a weekend backlog to catch up with so it might be Tuesday when you get an answer. Be patient.
