I got it sorted yesterday, Doc, but thanks for the offer. It took a while because one person in Support had to take over from another, by the looks of it. Also, because of the account changes I couldn't get into my account here at WC or Stardock.com, either. And then, when it all was sorted at Stardock's end, silly me forgot he also changed his password.... damned bad dose of the flu and I'm not altogether with it.
