I submitted a ticket through the Fences Pro interface and have not gotten a response.  I am hoping this method will work.

Antivirus is MS Security Essentials

I've been having a persistent problem in the past 2 weeks or so (3 or more weeks now) where there is a rather long delay on bootup until my desktop icons appear (around 30 seconds). I've gone through a great deal of tweaking by disabling programs on startup, resetting folder options, scanning for malware, running scandisk, uninstalling unneeded programs, and anything else I could think of. I finally disabled fences and things started to work again. I have themes turned off my Win7 install and am even using an SSD drive, which really makes any startup delays noticeable because of the speed my drive. I've been using Fences for a long time now, even paid for it, but this is the first time I've had any issues.

When I enter my password and logon, I see the fence outlines but no icons. I am unable to do anything else until those icons appear. Once the icons appear, I'm fine.

Any recommendations?
