Are you using Fences Free version, or Fences Pro?
With the Pro version, you can store fence sizes and positions on a per-screen-resolution basis
Your fences will already automatically scale when you switch to a new screen resolution. However
if this setting is also enabled, after the first time you change to a new resolution, changes you
make will be remembered independently for that screen resolution.
(Recommended for multi-monitor systems.)
