Open Impulse to "my software", shift+right click on OD+2.0 and choose "Verify Installation".
Are your drivers up to date? If the two suggestions don't help, send an email to support@stardock.com and wait for a person to answer. Support works 9-5 Mon.-Fri. You may not be answered until Monday or Tuesday. Be patient: If you write again, your request for help will be kicked to the end of the queue.
Include OS, Video/sound card info.
If this was a recent install, and you had a Firewall/Antiviral running while you were installing, uninstall through Impulse, reboot, reopen Impulse, turn off the FW and AV and download again/install. If not, then try to think what changed on your system since it last ran normally, and put that in your email as well.
