CursorFX/ other windows mouse themes for Kubuntu Linux

Hello, i was wondering, is there any way to convery windows cursor themes to X11 mouse themes for Kubuntu Linux?

Try talking to this guy he has converted several of mine for linux use. But I do know that it is much easier to do if you have the original graphics!
