Searched the forum and couldn't find anything. Downloaded Fences free to see how it would work out-so far it's awesome. Set up was a breeze. The one problem I am having is when I send a shortcut to the desktop, via Windows Explorer or from IE, I cannot find the shortcut on the desktop. It's listed in the desktop folder in Win Exp but I don't know where it went!  Any help would be appreciated!

After finding the time to play around with this, I believe I solved it. View-auto arrange icons. Seems to do the trick! Just posting this for others.
