I'm posting here after submitting a ticket to customer support on January 8th with no response and sending an email to support several days ago with no response.
After using Impulse to update my game, I now get a 'Product Activation' pop-up box on my screen when I attempt to open the program. I type in my email address and product serial number and click 'Activate' and after a moment or two I get another pop-up message that says 'Product Activation could not write the activation signature'.
I've tried starting Impulse normally and as an administrator in Windows 7 and it makes no difference either way.
Please help. (I did try downloading and running the registration fix file listed in the tech support area already and it didn't make any difference).
I've never had this many problems with a game system in my life. I'm getting very frustrated with this entire Impulse application folks. You're about to lose a long-time customer.
