Why oh why would anyone want to have his desktop look as lame as XP when there's plenty of much more interesting stuff out there... =sigh=

Anyhow, there's some programs over there on the left that can do that for you. Plenty of XP stuff as well. So much even that nowadays halve of the submissions are kicked out because they're XP. Now, go through those sections on the left until you find anything you like, then download the theme in question and get the program required to run the theme as well (there's a link to the relevant program somewhere in the section (don't know where exactly)).

This has got to be a trick question....
