I just saw this and have to agree that there are still obvious parts of the GT3 skin in there that need to be removed...in fact the majority of this skin is still GT3 recolored.
And once you've fixed this you should also redo the screenshot of this skin to show that they have been removed. I realize your new to this so this is just a friendly "just so you know" comment that it's not good or acceptable to use any parts of someone else's skin/baby in yours without permission. Using a skin as a template to learn is one thing...but simply altering or recoloring the image files and then calling it your own isn't cool. So just keep that in mind in the future. 
And for future reference you should be aware that many of us have been here a long time and pretty much know the majority of the skins submitted here. So for many of us a simple button from someone's skin will stand out like a neon sign even if it was just recolored. If your doing it for personal use knock yourself out...just don't upload it as yours. And again this is just a friendly "just so you know" comment since your new.
