At one time thought to be vapour-ware, it actually did see an initial release. It had some excellent ideas and showed good promise (with further development).
Perhaps their plans were a little too ambitious because development stalled before a second release showed.
Its been a long time since then (about a year and a half I think). A few of the devs are still around. One accasionally shows up on the Litestep mailing list.
