Assuming you have skin studio, first go to "tools" and click on "clean skin". this will remove any extra images that may be present.
now click on "file" and then on "make WBA package". the WBA will be saved in skin studio; mine is in: C:\Users\Public\Documents\Stardock\WindowBlinds\SkinStudio7\WBA
when you opload to the site, browse to that folder and "open" the blind for uploading. don't forget that you need a preview picture as well.
