Find it in Impulse, right click on it, choose uninstall.
Might one ask why you want to uninstall, it is such a useful program.
Add/Remove programs will also uninstall it but may leave behind some orphan files and registry entries. If not Impulse, something like Revo Uninstaller would be best.
