I bought Tropico 3 today by clicking the link from the promotional email, something I never do but it was a good deal. So I paid with paypal and thought nothing of it. A few hours later I opened Impulse and it isn't there. So I check the confimation email and it says:
Step 2: Logon to Impulse using the (email address here) account information used during your purchase.
The problem is, that email address is the email address I use for paypal, not the email address associated with my Impulse account.
I have no idea what to do, the serial # isn't in the email so I can't register it and when I go to "lookup serial number" in Impulse and put in the paypal email address it says "The account information you have entered has not been found, please try again."
I submitted a support email. I'm guessing my odds of playing this game this weekend are shot, but maybe there's something I haven't thought of here.
