Dock doesn't stay in background

Hi there,

I'm using ObjectDock 2.0 and want to show the main dock just in background / pinned to Desktop.
But when I use a maximised application (like Adobe Photoshop or Lightroom), the dock shows up and stays in foreground.

I tried severals things and settings but no of them worked for me.

How can I fix that?

My specs:
MS Windows 7 x64 Ultimate
Dual Display (2x 1920x1200)

Okay Stardock, thanks for nothing.

Your dock doesn't work for me and there's no support.

I bought Winsteps Nexus and all is working fine now.

And the best of all: Nexus uses less ressources than ObjectDock.

TomPiXX...you posted this over the weekend when there's no one in Support. They work Mon.-Fri.

Did you email them at support@stardock.com ?

The forums were never meant for official Stardock support.  You posted this over the weekend when support is not at work. 

In answer to your question, you should select Regular and that should give you what you are looking for. 

I have ObjectDock Plus V2 and Winstep Extreme Basic, both work as work just fine.

EDIT:  Doc beat me by a minute.

As Philly0381 and DrJBHL said, support@stardock.com or the support web-form are the only official support channels. Did trying Philly0381's suggestion resolve the problem?

Semi-necrothread..

So what is the fix for this? It was never answered here. I want my docks to be in the background. When I run something maximized it stays in the foreground and just mucks things up.

The Accessibility option will not let me select anything other than Tabs on top.

 

AhHH.. figured it out. Must be a bug too.

I switched the position setting to Floating. Once I did that it seemed to unlock the Accessibility setting, regardless of what position I set it to.
