cant drag - can drop though

cant drag icons around

Windows Home Sp3, IE8, "Locked not checked," v1.90 plus

 

I cant drag icons around in each dock.

 I saw no answers in the forum that applied to me. (I think)

Right click on your Configure Dock icon, select Dock Settings and make sure Lock Dragging is unchecked.

It is  a way of bringing the post back to the top of the recent replies list so it can be seen again. Often used to see if a solution has been found or if anyone has any other suggestions. In this case I was wondering if the issue was fixed for the OP(Original Poster) which would be you.

Some people just type in
