Hi Stardock,
I have recently bought an upgrade to the Object dock system over 5 days ago and I have yet to be sent any kind of download link or serial number. I have submitted 4 tickets to support and still after 5 days I have not heard anything back. I have been using Stardock products for well over 3 years now and this is not what I expect as a loyal customer.
Please can someone contact me with my download link and serial number or at least respond to my support tickets.
