Sort Desktop

Hello, I am finding that I can no longer sort my desktop icons after installing the basic fences program.

I am not trying to sort the icons inside of my fences like the pro version allows me to do. I'm just looking for the functionality that was originally built into windows.

Any suggestions?

Are you running any other desktop customization software? Sometime mixing such software causes unexpected results. Try disabling any wallpaper switcher, or anything like that, to see if it resolves the problem.

This is a known issue with Fences. This is fixed in version 1.0.2 and above. Also, when Fences is turned on the sorting changes for the desktop slightly in that folders are included in the sort (Windows usually sorts folders out of the order) so that will slightly change the way desktop icons are sorted as well.
